Can you keep your cool? 

When idiotic, moronic, lame-brained dumb-asses who don’t even have the mental capacity to walk while chewing gum ask a question whose answer is painfully obvious or that’s been asked a million times before, can you stay level-headed and give them a straight answer without giving them a hard time or having an attitude about it? 

When some stupid, insanely foul-mouthed person on Xbox Live acts like he has touretts and is happy about it, screaming at everyone, calling you and everyone else names, etc. and thinking they’re cool, can you resist the urge to yell back, do the right thing and just mute and report them? 

When your Xbox 360 gets the RROD (God forbid!), can you remain calm in the face of maddeninly incompetent customer service & follow through on what it takes to finish the repair process without feeling the need to spout off about it on forums everywhere? 

If you can, then maybe you have what it takes to be a Levelhead!
